Easy walk to music venue
Place was as advertised and clean. Was walkable to the concert venue and to downtown.
Hand's down Asheville favorite
Location, location, location! I have stayed in many AirBnBs in Asheville and hands down, this has been my favorite. The location is so close to Biltmore Avenue which has tons of great places to eat and adorable shops. If you're a music lover, this is a great location if you plan on seeing a show at the Orange Peel or Asheville Yards. The space was very cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. I know the next time we are in Asheville (which is quite often), I will check to see if this space is available. I would not change anything about this AirBnB and would give it and April 10 stars if I could! Do the right thing and book this AirBnB today! :-)
Location location location
We were in town for a wedding and all of our activities were downtown. The location was close by without being in a noisy, crowded area. Appreciated the onsite parking.

Great location and charming place!
Perfect location
The perfect location — we didn't use our car once this weekend. Super walkable! Space was exactly what we needed. Will stay here again if we can!
